July PARTIAL Menu
We are still putting the finishing touches to July's menu but
here are some of the dishes that will be featured in July. The
full menu will get posted soon so keep checking with us.
Remember when summer was all about having fun? Well, fun was
our guiding principle when composing this menu. This month we
feature easy dishes that are fun to prepare and eat with family and
friends. We hope you enjoy them!
Please choose 6 or 12 items from the choices below. Be adventurous
and choose 6 or 12 different things, or select several of the same
dish if it really appeals to you. For logistics reasons, you can
choose the same item up to 2 times.

Salmon with Chili Chipotle Rub (low carb)
Oh, so good! A large salmon fillet gets rubbed
with a wet savory spice mix with chili powder, chipotle in adobo and
sage, among other ingredients. The spices give the fish lots of
flavor and a lovely red tinge. Great for the grill or a skillet if
you prefer.
Mediterranean Spreads and Crostini (veg)
Perfect for your next gathering or for a fun
and different meal. You will prepare and take home two different
spreads: white bean pesto and baked feta with basil tomatoes. The
feta becomes mild and spreadable when baked - a great topping for
bread, similar to bruschetta. You also get a baguette to make
crostini toasts. Oven required for the feta spread, but you can
grill the crostini if you'd like.
Marinated Chicken Drumsticks (low carb)
Chicken drumsticks get doused with an orangey,
Asian-inspired marinade with soy sauce, sesame oil and
basil. Perfect for the grill.
Fish Tacos (low carb w/out tortillas) *
Lime seasoned tilapia fillets are paired with
tangy salsa, shredded cheese and your choice of flour or corn
tortillas. Please let us know your tortilla preference when
ordering. This dish is very popular with our customers, and it's a
great way to get your kids to eat fish! You'll feel like you are in
Baja on vacation, margarita on hand. Cooks quickly in a skillet.
Pork Chops with Lemon Vodka Sauce (low
carb) *
Now with LOTS more sauce. These flavorful
boneless pork chops get served with a quick reduction sauce spiked
with vodka, pepper and lemon juice. Last time we featured this dish
people thought there wasn't enough sauce so we have substantially
increased the amount. Cooks in a skillet.
Chicken Scallopini with Fresh Garden Herbs
(low carb) *
When you taste the fresh parsley and tarragon
on these tender chicken breasts you won't believe this came from
your freezer. We cut chicken breasts in half horizontally to make
scallopini, so they cook in a flash. Sautee or grill.
Red Hot Brats in Beer
Perfect for an easy BBQ. First simmer the
brats in a spicy beer mixture and then finish on the grill. We
provide the buns too. This dish has a kick from the Red Hot sauce
but it's not overwhelmingly spicy.

The day of the session, please:
- Bring a cooler with ice packs to transport
all your food home. We will provide all the foil containers and
Ziploc bags for your food.
- Plan to go home directly after the
session so you can freeze your food ASAP to ensure safety and
best quality.
