You'll swoon over this amazingly tender flank steak marinated in
dark beer and spices, and served alongside an amazing salsa with
cilantro and jalapenos. Sole worked in Medellin in 1992, when the
search for Pablo Escobar, the drug lord, was at its height. They
found him hiding 5 blocks from where she was living. This dish
captures all the excitement of that place and time. Perfect for the

Pasta Puttanesca
This pasta dish is just as easy as its name implies! A
quick-simmering red sauce with capers, olives, a little crushed red
pepper and anchovies (optional). Wonderfully easy yet complex

Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

Beer Can Chicken
For years we have been intrigued by the concept of cooking a chicken
on top of can of cheap beer. Somehow they failed to cover this in
all those classes we took in culinary school... We loved the results
(very moist chicken) and it's a lot of fun to do too! This version bakes
in the oven but gets a hint of smokiness from all-natural liquid
smoke. A dipping sauce is served alongside the whole all-natural
chicken.

Penne or Spaghetti with Greek Meat Sauce
A touch of cinnamon makes this meat sauce a bit exotic but not
enough to discourage picky eaters. A really great flavor

are going to indulge make sure it's worth it! We have some amazing
artisanal ice-cream available: just ask us what flavors we have on

- Bring a cooler with ice packs to transport
all your food home. We will provide all the foil containers and
Ziploc bags for your food.
- Plan to go home directly after the
session so you can freeze your food ASAP to ensure safety and
best quality.
