VERY EASY AT HOME

Tomato Florentine Soup
Spinach and tomato flavors in a hearty chicken stock-based soup with pastina (small pasta). Perfect for those chilly days, this is one of our favorite soups. Simmers on your stovetop.
(easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Vegetarian Tomato Florentine Soup
Same as above but with vegetable broth instead of chicken stock.

(vegetarian - easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Citrus Garlic Chicken Breasts
A citrus rub flavors juicy, boneless chicken breasts that are ready to get grilled or sautéed. Easy to assemble, and easy to love!
(low carb - easy to split - v. easy at home - kid friendly)

Citrus Garlic Pork Loin
We have used the same rub from above but with pork loin instead. The flavors work equally well and the end result id divine.
(low carb - easy to split - v. easy at home - kid friendly)

Chicken a la Cacerola
We think this will become one of your family favorite dishes.  Bone-in chicken pieces are cooked in a covered pot or Dutch oven (cacerola in Spanish) in your oven, with Mexican seasonings and beer, resulting in a very moist chicken and an absolutely wonderful sauce.
(easy to split - v. easy at home - kid friendly)

Minestrone
Back by popular request. Vegetables and pastina (small shaped pasta) simmer in a tomato broth on your stovetop, filling your home with wonderful Italian-inspired aromas.  You can add a few drops of Tabasco or leave it out for a kid-friendly version.
(vegetarian - easy to split - so easy at home - kid friendly - light meal)

Honey-Chili Drumsticks
Smokey in a slightly sweet and tangy way, these chicken legs are truly outstanding. So much, that the original version of the recipe appeared in Gourmet magazine. Family friendly dish (not too spicy). Bake or grill.
(easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly)

Pork Picatta
Lemon and capers make a wonderful zesty sauce for these moist pork scaloppini (thinly cut pork loin). One of our customers' favorites. Cooks in a skillet.
(low carb without breading - easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly with sauce on the side)

Chicken Picatta
Same as above but with chicken scaloppini instead (thinly cut chicken breasts). Cooks in a skillet.
(low carb without breading - easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly with sauce on the side)

EASY AT HOME

BBQ Chicken Pizza
Tangy BBQ sauce, seasoned chicken breasts, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and green onions (optional) top a crunchy pizza crust. Just sauté the chicken, pop the pizza in the oven and you are done.
(easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Green Chile Burger Wraps
Lean ground beef paired with mild green chiles and Mexican seasonings. If your family is not into green chiles, just leave them out - they will still taste great. Just cook on the stovetop or grill, pile the salsa and shredded cheese on top, and wrap everything inside a flour tortilla for a different kind of cheeseburger.
(low carb w/o tortillas - easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Red Hot Brats in Beer
Perfect for an easy BBQ on Super Bowl Sunday.  First simmer the brats in a spicy beer mixture and then finish on the grill.  We provide the buns too. This dish has a kick from the Red Hot sauce but it's not overwhelmingly spicy.
(easy to split - easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Italian Spaghetti and Meatballs
A kid friendly treat for the whole family. We have sneaked in a few veggies in the tomato sauce to make this more nutritious and delicious. Cooks on the stovetop.
(leasy to split - v. easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Italian Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs ~ $3 additional
Same ad above but with turkey meatballs instead of beef. Cooks on the stovetop.
(leasy to split - v. easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Flank Steak San Juan
This seasoned marinade makes the steak juicy and tender, and adds the flavors of oregano and chile (not too spicy hot). Perfect for grilling or the broiler.

Broccoli and Cheddar Quiche
Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner this quiche is a great way to get your family eating more veggies. If there any leftovers, they reheat great in the microwave.
(vegetarian - cannot be split - easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

Open Empanadas ("Canastas") a la Napolitana ~ NEW!
Canastas take care of the oozing problem of empanadas since they are baked in a muffin tin: simply line the cup with the dough, add the filling and bake! Mozzarella, parmesan, ripe tomatoes, basil and oregano bring the goodness of pizza to the empanada realm. Enjoy! Kids will love these ones!
(vegetarian - cannot be split - easy at home - kid friendly - full meal)

A LITTLE BIT MORE INVOLVED AT HOME

Wild Salmon with Black Bean Sauce and Rice ~ $7 additional
A little bit on the spicy side, this Asian-influenced wild salmon gets rave reviews each time we feature it in our menu. The fish gets steamed in the sauce on your stovetop. So much better than take-out!
(moderately easy to split - a bit harder at home)

Chorizo and Green Chile Quiche
A lot of people have told us this was one of their all-time favorites. Spicy chorizo sausage, mild green chiles and cheddar in an egg and cream custard cooked inside a deep-dish pie crust. Bakes in the oven.
(cannot be split - moderately easy at home - full meal)
