Who are we
Sole Mingo-Ordóñez started Dinner by the
Dozen in 2004. She's a graduate
from Cornell University's Hotel School, the
Professional Culinary Program at the Culinary School of
the Rockies, and the School of Natural Cookery. Also she has attended cooking schools in Napa, Paris, Lausanne (Switzerland), San
Miguel de Allende (Mexico) and Buenos Aires (Argentina).
- Itzel Gutierrez de
Caccia is a graduate of the Professional Culinary
School in Guadalajara, Mexico, and the School of
Natural Cookery in Boulder, CO. She is a food stylist and an avid
world traveler.
- Heather Tomasini did her training at the
Italian Culinary Institute for Foreign Professionals
in Italy. A wine expert, Heather is our kitchen diva when Sole is traveling around the
globe.
With all this culinary education behind us, we want
to help you feed your family better food in a snap.
